This hotel is totally worth the price I paid. Wonderful room with a nice sectional to relax on, spacious, nice room, great breakfast and in a good location with lots of shopping close by. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was very neat and tidy. It had everything I needed. I appreciated that there were partial walls that delineated the different areas of the room - living room, bedroom, sink and closet area. The bathroom was small but the shower was spacious and nice. There wasn't a microwave in the room but there was a microwave available down in the dining area near the lobby. And you you know, maybe that's understandable. It would be challenging to keep each room's microwave spotlessly clean. So it didn't bother me to go down to the kitchen to warm the food I'd brought with me. The breakfast had a nice variety of pastries, cereals, hot food and beverages. Staff was very nice.

The staff was terrific. My wife and I were there so our Frenchie could have back surgery at MedVet. We had two of our other Frenchies with us that stayed at the Hyatt. And they were nothing more than excellent in accommodating us. While we were going through a stressful time, they made us feel better. We look forward to going back there and actually relaxing.

The air conditioner in our room was so loud and making a bunch of weird noise so I didn’t sleep. The couch was ripped and stained with cushions coming through and the towels smelled like fish. One of the elevators would only take you to specific floors. All else was good!
