Heat in the bathroom would have been nice. Since it faced an outside wall, it was freezing. There was enough lighting in the main room to not trip over things, but that’s about it. It was VERY dark. Overall a poorly designed room, not worthy of the Hyatt brand.

The stay was great! Stayed here for OMEA. Not having to walk in the cold was a huge plus! The breakfast buffet is great! The only downside was the streaming to the TV in the room did not work, so that was a bummer. Everything else was great!

Great room. Very clean. Easy and efficient check in and valet parking. Even in this ridiculous cold these guys did a fabulous job. Breakfast was really good too! We’ll be back!
