When you try to contact them to cancel, they ignore your messages and then charge you a no-show fee, which is the whole price of your stay and then they say they never got your messages

Room was clean and bed very comfortable, ice machine for entire hotel 2nd floor ridiculous. Strong smell of marijuana in halls. Overall decent for the price and location was good to explore from. At $75 a night a good value but at a higher price I would expect more.

The hotel was close to the highway. The facility was not well maintained, people lingering and drinking outside at night.. there was loud conversations and doors slamming all night.. there was a lot of trash outside of the facility and overall did not feel like a very safe experience. We kept our suitcase in front of our hotel door because of the traffic and there wasn't any extra locks on the door. Our keys also stopped working which also cause unnecessary stress. The hallways smelled like weed. The front desk personnel were friendly.
