The photos made it seem nicer than it was. They mention they renovated the property in 2021 but clearly whoever did the job cut corners. The lobby and elevator had a strange odor from the time we walked in and through the stay. When we checked in we were assigned a room but when we went up to the 4th floor to get in the key card did not work. After going back down and back up the key card again did not work and we had to be moved to a new room. The room itself was just okay. We had a Deluxe King so it had the bed and sofa bed. We traveled with kids so we though the pull out would suffice but it was very rickety and small. They didn't have sheets or bedding in the room so we had to call down and then were told we had to come to the lobby to get the items. The rooms were dark and when we opened the blinds the windows were covered in dirt and film on the outside. There really isn't anything positive I can say about our stay and overall this was a poor hotel choice. I would not recommend this hotel unless you really don't care and just need a cheap place to stay for a night.

The property is nice. The lobby is updated and inviting looks like they did some remodeling to the rooms and when we walked in it smelled extra clean so I loved that too.. The elevator is old and outdated but it works just fine

Do not stay here. And don’t use hotels.com

I walked into the room and my feet stuck to the floor, the floor has a missing section glued back down that was dirty and gross, whole place smelled old and just dirty. I tried to cancel and since I booked through hotels.com they would not work with me. Contacted hotels.com and they called the property and refused a refund. Never again will I use a 3rd party to book because there is no support from hotels.com or the property. It was so disgusting I checked back out about 15 minutes after arriving and found a better place for the same price that magically the day before was more on hotels.com. Never again.

Everything was good but the breakfast options were missing bacon. We also had to constantly ask for new towels and toilet paper which was inconvenient but other than that it was good

My room key didn't work after the first day and I had to have it reset. My room had been entered and cleaned anyhow I hung the do not disturb sign on my door. I couldn't find anyone the morning of check out to check out. The rooms were clean. The Location was ideal. Parking was safe and there were plenty of spots. Pros and cons.

They charged me a $50 room deposit even though it was prepaid, Hotels.com did not advise. Many things done very cheaply, breakfast was not very good. Would not recommend this hotel.
