They cancelled my room for no reason. They told me I cancelled it but I went through hotel.com so I know you guys know I didn't cancel my room. Left me stranded, had to spend a lot of money to get a new room. Thankfully hotels is going to reimburse me. You should remove this hotel from your site.

The hotel didn’t exist after multiple attempts of dealing with what I believe was AI they tried to reach out to the hotel with zero response. I was left without having a hotel and the hotel literally didn’t exist at the address on the app. Super disappointing!!!!

I got there and they told me my room was cancelled, because I didn't pay front. Come to find out I had already been charged. Then I got charged for the next 3 nights , a$ 125.00 penalty for cancelling.. not good business, the property looked very bad and the staff was not professional at all.

They denied a young woman to check in and left her out on the street when not one mention of her age was in the booking process. This young woman arrived after 9pm, 7 hours away from home and staff denied her admission with no refund and no where to go when the rest of the hotels were booked solid because of a concert in the area. No one answers the telephone at the complex, after multiple calls. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!!

First, the pictures posted online were of a different motel. There was no phone or trashcan, plus we had to use the ice machine at the hotel next door. The one on site was broken down and molded. It looked like someone got stabbed or worse in the room itself, the floor was covered in blood stains. Big ones. There was no hot water, the towels were dirty and they left cleaning rags for wash clothes. No WiFi, television didn’t work. Every room had at least one boarded up window. As for the positive, theAir conditioning worked great.

Roaches. My shower light produced more water (from the upstairs neighbors shower drain). There were literal hairs flowing out of the light fixture along with all of the upstairs units waste water. I was awoken by the staff screaming at someone outside of my door at 0600 after other neighbors were outside yelling and partying until 0300. Couldn't use the bathroom at all. Couldn't sleep. Staff was notified of the leak as soon as it presented and nothing was done or even offered to be done. So i spent 65 dollars on a hotel room in which i couldn't use the bathroom, shower or sleep. Awesome...

So I knew the place was rated low but it was all me and my daughter had as an option because there was an event called sonic temple going on. Either way, ok, no tv remote. Takes forever but a very clearly drug addict shows up a bunch of times to figure out how to repair the tv. After easily over five visits he shows up with a new tv. Asks me to handle the situation aka set up the tv. Clearly they are using the neighboring WiFi, who knows maybe they are friends, but there also was NO BATHROOM DOOR!!!!! When I mentioned it it was ignored. Also we both wake up, “why is it this cold”. Well no heat. No heat at all and we were not the only ones. I have pics of the other weirdo things.

Apprently reservations, or basic human kindness, mean nothing. I arrived on a night that the city was basically sold out for a concert. I HAD A RESERVATION! First, the name on Hotels.com is NOT the name on the hotel. I went in to verify I had the right place and the lady that came out practically spat the address at me and then proceeded to repeatedly tap a sign hanging up that said “no rooms”. I said ok, I have a reservation. More sign tapping. Here’s my name can you look up my reservation? More sign tapping. Did you give my room away? Shrug shoulders, tap sign. I’m sorry, don’t understand what I’m saying? I made a reservation. More…you get the idea. Zero stars. Wouldn’t returning if the room was $5 for an entire week.
