Got in the room (314), the ac unit was unplugged, there were cigarette ashes on the floor, the sheets were dirty, and the room did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom. All of these things and they want to charge a $50 security deposit. Not to mention the ice machine didn’t work.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Was an odor in room as if nobody had stayed there in a while, purchased some febreeze and that took care of it. For the price and being able to keep my dog there for free was 1/2 the cost of anywhere else around. Was here for the weekend to play in tennis tournament. Walmart and food restaurants were very close and convenient.

Front desk attendant was nice and tried to help. Rooms were very dirty and there were cockroaches on the floor and in the bathroom. There were no towels or hand soap / shower soap in the room. Room had a bad smell.
