I wish I had taken the reviews a little more seriously before I booked. My room was definitely run down, with parts of the wall coming off and mirror was off the wall, on the floor next to where it should be up and you can see from the outline where it was supposed to be on the wall. TV remote had batteries in wrong, then didn’t even work and when I went to the front desk I was given a manual to an entirely different remote. Glad I had two beds to choose from because one had stains on the sheets.

Upgrade from the Buckeye…

Our room could have used a deep cleaning, but the bed was very comfy. Sheets were clean. No remote for tv, when given a universal it needed to be programmed which we never did get to work. It was definitely an upgrade from across the street but certainly could be worked on to be nicer.

This place is horrible. The rooms have broken furniture. We were there 4 nights and the room was never cleaned . We couldn’t get clean towels. When we asked for them the front desk said they didn’t have any because they needed to do laundry.

Hotel is in terrible shape. We were able to be given a room that doesn’t smell of cigarette smoke even though it’s a no smoking hotel. There were many many cigarette burns in the carpet of our room and even some on the mattress. The desk attendants were very friendly but just shrugged and said people still smoke on the rooms. Kind of like “ what can we do about it?”

Our experience at this property was very disappointing. The room conditions were poor and clearly outdated. There were visible holes in the walls and noticeable water stains on the ceiling, indicating past or ongoing leakage issues. When booking, we expected at least a basic breakfast offering, but the only option available was dry cereal. We were told this was due to a delivery truck not arriving, and that breakfast consisted solely of a coffee machine. We stayed for three nights simply to have a place to sleep, but made a point of avoiding the property during the day due to its condition. There were cockroaches present in the room, and I started sneezing due to the dust. Upon checking the AC unit, I discovered the filters were extremely dirty—likely never cleaned. I removed, washed, and reinstalled them myself just to get some relief. I've attached photos as evidence.

It is in a crappy area of town, run down, there's a homeless camp next to it, where they burned down the wooden fence to the hotels parking lot. breakfast was bare minimum, cereal, 1 gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, a few packs of oatmeal, and a few bagels. Nothing to put on the bread or bagels, no juice or water. The room could have been cleaner but not bad. On a positive note the bed was comfy.

There was no heat in my room I asked for my money back they said they didn't have the power to do it there were cobwebs in the corner of the room one stand was broken they had an iron in the room with no ironing board and no towels

The room my son and I stayed in seemed clean when it came to the bathroom and the bed to sleep in. However, it was horribly unkept. Our shower/tub was cracked, toilet paper was stuffed down the sink so it clogged up, there was a huge hole in the wall and I could stare into the inside of the wall, it was extremely dusty and hangers weren’t put away. I will never stay here again. This place need remodeling badly!!!

HELL HOLE! Pics do not match current condition.

REMOVE this hotel from your list of options asap. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels from coast to coast, 1-4 stars and this is easily the worst experience ever! Run down! Trash throughout the parking lot upon arrival including old tires, diapers, shopping carts and menstrual pads. The attendant didn’t seem to care for leaving the back office to check people in. Once he did get us checked in, he couldn’t be bothered to tell us where the room was located. Finally get keys and head to the rooms through a set of heavy metal double doors and the stench of weed and alcohol smacks you in the face. 0/10 if it was possible for that rating.

The property was falling apart. Dirt dripping down the walls, stains and holes everywhere, the pool was "drained and closed for the season" but that was never disclosed in their advertising on their website or the booking site, and they didn't even notify us when we were checking in, the "free continental breakfast" was a complete joke. Nothing available but an expired cartoon of milk, a couple packages of old muffins, no batter for the waffle makers, no other drinks, just nothing available, breakfast was stated to be available from 7 am to 9 am and there was nothing available at all during that time, they required a security deposit on top of the actual payment that was not listed on the booking site, their website, or my reciept... So I don't think I'll even get that back like I should. I SHOULD be getting a FULL REFUND. Only gave 2 thin pillows for a king bed and thin sheets, the heater in the room looked like it would or has caught fire, no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was mold growing in the bathroom too ... this place was ridiculous and should be SHUT DOWN!!! On the other side of the fence behind where we had to park was a camp of unhoused individuals. Do not stay here.
