While the room was clean and it was in walking distance of the Brown County Music Center, we will not be returning to this hotel. First, our rooms were on the second floor and there were no elevators. Secondly, the fan in the bathroom did not seem to shut off completely with the wall switch and got to be annoying when trying to sleep. In the morning, my husband took a shower but the faucet handle came off when he tried to turn off the water. He got it turned off by hand but we were unable to turn it back on for me. We weren’t expecting a great breakfast but nothing seemed up to par. We were there by 8 am but there were no hard boiled eggs, despite the sign warning us to not microwaves whole one. Apple juice was watered down. Biscuits were half- baked. The whole experience was just sad.

Good bed, receptionist sitting behind behind desk on phone. The morning receptionist was doing yoga behind the desk. would not stay here again. Breakfast was typical. I do not like the new coffee machines being used in the choice hotels it’s too strongand just not as flavorful as it used to be.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a mildew smell. The room had an unpleasant odor. There was a large dehumidifier in the room that ran nonstop. I emptied it twice daily. The room had signs of wear. I understand that the food is complimentary but at the very least I would expect it to be palatable. I'm surprised that Expedia would recommend this property and that Choice would allow this level of quality. Especially for the amount I paid. Very disappointed. No, I would not recommend you stay at this property!

The hotel is in a quiet location. The staff are friendly. However, the room smelled musty, the toilet did not flush properly, and the hairdryer was broken. It’s an ok place to stay for a short visit but we were very unimpressed. The breakfast is decent with eggs and sausage, cereals, bagels, fresh waffles, and other things.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Very spacious room with a sofa and a fridge that even had a small freezer compartment for our ice packs. Breakfast was ok. We’ve had better, we’ve had worse. Staff was very friendly and the location is close to the touristy stuff in town, although it’s not really walkable.

When I made my reservation I requested a room on the first floor which did not happen. There is no elevator in this facility nor are there automatic doors. My friend with health issues had a very difficult time going up and down the stairs. This place is not handicapped accessible. Very disappointed!!
