Worst hotel stay no towels until 1am no toilet paper tv didn’t work til I fixed it with my cord they have it online that they have washer and dryers but don’t I’m not happy at all
Do not stay here. First, during check in the employee had to keep going to rooms to see of they were cleaned, and she took my credit card with her each time which caused great concern. The hotel is VERY dirty, stains everywhere on carpet. Vending machines or lack of completely empty. The room had no garbage can. No wash clothes, just 2 small towels and a shower that wouldnt drain. Most concerning, the window could be just pushed open and off the frame. This facility need torn down as I believe there are poeple living there. Horrible.
They changed me to four different rooms because they all have a problem like one had a window broken another one had a broken lock another one had the air conditioner out of the wall and broken another one was all messed up but was not made there were bunch of dirty Linens in top another one had a broken TV and there were roaches I asked for my money back and the guy that was in front said that he was not going to give us anything to call corporate and he did not want to give off his name then he said that his name was Tom we went to the authorities the police said that his name was Ezekiel he's a black guy trying to talk in a different accent pretending to be from another country he's overcharged me he took out from my account double of the amount which was $448 my friend that was with me complaint also he took out double as well because we complain so that's why at the end we went to the police and they told us that his name was Ezekiel and they've been trying to shut that hotel down. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT GO THERE it's not safe I forgot to look at their reviews.
I booked on this site (expidea) it was listed as "pet friendly" and "free breakfast"
When I got there I went to get the key to our room and I was hassled with "this is no longer pet friendly"
I stated he IS a service dog (I have a fainting disorder) He is ADA certified. I was told that they would not accept me and after a long discussion she "called her boss" and he said the would only accept me is I have them $200 is cash and IF the room was fine they would give it back.
Fine whatever.
I asked for a pillow, a blankets and sheets for the pull out and had to wait 45 minutes for them to be brought to me. They did not bring a pillow or blanket just a fitted sheet and a flat sheet.
The room was dirty and the tv did not turn off or down I had to unplug it to get to sleep. The bed didn't have a skirt on instead it was wrapped in plastic. It was a king room with a pull out and I was given 2 towels one wash cloth and no mat for the floor. The "free breakfast" had a make a waffle station with waffle mix and syrup and 2 bagels and nothing a few pieces of days old fruit. That was it. (And we were there at 8:30am) finally at check out I waited at the desk for 35 minutes and no one came to the desk. I called the number online for the hotel and he said "I'll be down in the next 45 minutes I'm with a customer" 20 minutes later he came down and as rude. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for our room to be "inspected" before reviving my 200$ back. Honestly it was a whole mess.
They did not have a room on the 17 my check in late evening the room they had the air conditioner was not working room was hot and dirty carpet stains and smells i have been fighting with them to cancel they have not do far

The inside of the hotel looked like spot that changes by the hour. Carpet in main hallway torn up, floor squeaked as you walked, whole inside main area and room smelled like bleach. The bleach smell gave me a headache. The bed didn't look clean, and there was no night staff. Only a police officer. I checked in but came back later in the evening and checked out.
