Very good hotel

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Very good free breakfast. Super spacious rooms, contemporary interior decor. Capcity Diner nearby excellent food, recommended by front desk.

It was alright.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Large room. Air conditioning was super noisy and barely working. It sounded like a dishwasher running. The pool area was clean but very very hot. Felt like stepping into a sauna. Slow elevator. The breakfast was kind of leaning towards disappointing. Breakfast area was clean enough. Patio area was very dirty. I was kind of shocked at the condition of that. The staff was friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites. My daughter and I were in town for a concert at Kemba Live, and the location of this hotel was perfect for the venue- being just minutes away. The hotel is also convenient to OSU and Blue Jackets games. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the beds were extra comfortable. I also noticed that there were guest laundry facilities, which is something that’s been harder to find in hotels recently. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

Checking in was quick and the clerk was friendly. Was concerned before the stay after seeing posts about people breaking into cars and the train tracks behind the hotel. My family and I had gone to a concert and we noticed a police car sitting in the parking lot once we got back. I’m pretty sure they kept watch for a decent part of the night so that made me feel better and though we did hear a train, it wasn’t an issue. I would definitely stay here again.
