Great for the price
I was concerned about this location being so close to the highway, but turned out to be a great stay. Staff was responsive. Place was clean, and fairly quiet depending on neighbors. I'll stay here for my next work trip.

The property woke my family up at 8:53 AM to check out, over 2 hours early. This was after we checked in late the previous night exhausted from our trip and had crickets chirping in our room keeping us awake. After I called the office to discuss the disturbance caused by staff I was met with rude tone and no assistance from front desk agent. The room had large and venomous spider inside towel and sheets were stained. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had to say the least.

I needed to stop due to weather so booked what was available in Sealy. Not much left. While the room looked updated, i felt it could have been better. Bed was comfortable. AC wasnt turned on till i got there so pretty musky at first. One i went to check in, it was so hot in the lobby. I voiced my concerns to Patel at front desk as noone wants to walk into a hotel lobby at 90 plus degrees. Complete turn off. Therefore it already made me question my stay here.

It is very out dated . I feel i didnt have a decent bed I was sore the next morning , but the staff was friendly. I was just there for a rest stop so i wasnt expecting the best place . There is plently of food around so that's convenient.

This place is really falling apart and in need of some refresh. My door didn't lock when I left the room. That's my basic expectation of a hotel - the staff on site could not fix it. I could lock it from the inside over night, so it wasn't the end of the world, but I expect my hotel door to lock when i leave the room.

My son was in the room next to me. The lock on his door would not lock when he was out of the room. It would lock when he was inside the room. He told the front desk the lock did not work. He was told someone would fix it in 15 minutes. We came back from dinner about 30 minutes later, it was not fixed. Mentioned this to the desk clerk in the morning, her response was, "I'll tell maintenance". No one should have to worry about a lock not working. These door face outside.

Dead bugs in our room, pool locked up, unheated, and filthy. Rusty nail on pool deck, noisy as it's on the freeway road. staff rude and unhelpful. no place to hang anything in our room, no hangers or rod. handicap room had tub, not walk in shower. stains on pillow cases/sheets
