Each staff person I encountered was incredibly friendly. I believe they take customer service and guest experience quite seriously here. The room is one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. I took advantage of the rolling desk, nice desk chair, and super comfy recliner. I loved that recliner! The bed is comfy. Mattress and pillows are soft (as opposed to firm). I especially appreciate the black-out curtains which do in fact block out all the exterior light. Good black-out curtains are rare to find in a hotel. The heating / air conditioning is whisper-quiet. Appreciated having a mini-fridge, too. Ear plugs are a requirement for a good night sleep in this property. Noise carries quite clearly from other rooms, the hallway and outside the building.

Wonderful stay, super friendly staff. My only quibble was that I ran out of hot water after 2 minutes of the water running, and it went from hot to cold alarmingly quickly. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was excellent except thw dining facility that was closed even though the hours posted on it said it ahould have been open. Really no big deal but we're just looking to not have to leave during the stay. It really is a great place though.
