I wanted to love it! BUT I didn’t.

This property is SO cute! The staff are amazing! The low rating is because at 4am our toilet flooded. I called the front and while they were kind there wasn’t anything they could do at 4am. I was told that they’d deliver extra towels for the mess, which they did not. Thankfully, we fixed it ourselves.

Great experience and friendly staff!

The location of this property was perfect for my family trip to COSI. Only a few minute walk away and ample parking in the COSI garage for over night. Everything from the friendly staff, area to work, and attached coffee shop and tavern was great. They also have outdoor equipment that guests can use that included everything from bikes, scooters, coolers, etc. The room was extremely clean and organized. If I ever come back to stay in Columbus again, the Junto will be my spot!
