We had to book our stay due to a power outage. The staff was courteous and had a lot of patience with other guests. I witnessed Them faced angry guests stressed out due to the power outage forgetting they are humans. They handled it professionally and with kindness. Good experience. No complaints.

I tried to book my stay directly though the hotel for a wedding but there was a problem with the pricing for the room block. I had to book through Expedia to get the better pricing. I even spoke with someone at the hotel and he confirmed there was an issue so I had no choice. When I checked in, the person who checked me in gave me a really hard time because I booked through a 3rd party site. I explained why but he didn’t care and continued to belittle the 3rd party site. He even told me because I booked through Expedia, I would have lost my room if they were overbooked. I’ve never been treated that way before. Very disappointing!

Nice rooms. The staff needs improvement. I had problems at check-in due to their mistake and was made to feel like it was my fault. The woman in the breakfast area was anything but friendly.

Problem is I booked 3 rooms under the book now pay later. I’ve done this a bunch of times. We do it so once we get to the hotel each person can pay with their own card. I’ve never had a problem until now. My card was charged with all 3 rooms before we even got to the hotel. Now I’m out almost $700 while I wait the 3-5 days for a refund. Super frustrating. I’ve never had a hotel charge me before I even get there. This defeats the whole purpose of book now pay later. Very frustrating.
