We stayed here because we were going to a concert at pine knob. It took us about 20 to 25 minutes to walk there. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Morning breakfast was also good with lots of variety. The water pressure in the shower was very low but other than that everything else was excellent! Also, eat at the restaurant next door. It was very delicious!

After the last few times I've utilized a hotel, I was pretty jaded and fully prepared for disappointment. I'm happy to say that this hotel restored my travel faith. It is exceptionally clean, the beds and rooms are very comfortable, every employee I interacted with was pleasant and friendly, and the continental breakfast was far above average. We had no problem getting a great parking spot, and were within walking distance of our event. This is the best hotel I've stayed in, in years. It is so great that we will definitely be looking for more events in the area. Thank you to all of your amazing staff members and whoever manages this facility. You folks are at the top of your game. I only wish that Michigan had more places like this. We even got up a little late the day after, and went to the continental breakfast at the last minute. The two ladies who were working were very nice and accommodating and we certainly appreciated that. They went above and beyond and even got extra food out for us. Please give those ladies a raise! I almost hope word doesn't get out about this place, because I'd sure hate to not be able to get a room here in the future. 😀

This place was a good stay. Plenty of towels. Clean beds. Glass was dirty on the shower doors but other than that. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast ladies were very helpful.

Nice room bad maintenance

The room was nice but the water pressure was so low i couldn't wash my hands. I called the desk and they said they would send maintenance and it never got fixed. Also there were stains on the bedding. Other than that, everything was great.

I just really appreciated the person who greeted me and put me at ease when I said it was my first time solo traveling and the man who worked nights. I don’t know how to describe him but he just had the best vibe. The hotel room was cozy and I’m trying to find the exact mattress that was in the room because I’d like to replace the one we have at home.
