Were there 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned. Even with their “third night” policy. The walls are sooo thin we listened to our neighbors’ convos and all of the “other stuff” too. After that, my wife and I didn’t feel comfortable doing anything or speaking. We were there just to sleep because of it. Lastly, I left my prescription glasses in the gym the day before we checked out. I was told to ask the morning desk person as they would have the most updated info. When I asked the following morning, the manager Edie simply glanced around the desk and let me know that if they found them, they would contact me. I asked “so we just give up like that?” She said, I guess. Just pitiful.

We were put in a wheelchair accessible rm even though we did not need it…when taking a shower the whole floor in front of the sink got soaked…had to mop it up…need a longer shower curtain I think..

The hotel was nice and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Good for dogs. There is a spot out front that's a patch of grass and has a poop bag station. The only issue is that the shower barely got warm.

Both beds had dog hair all over the comforter, sheets and bedskirt. The shower had hair and soap down the walls. We were moved to a different room quickly, which was great. This room also had a small amount of hair and a stain on the comforter, but much better than the previous room. The pool area was filthy with dead bugs and garbage, the pool was also extremely cold, to the point a child didn’t want to swim in it. I hardly ever complain or write a review, but wanted others to be aware.

The room and stay were excellent, except the breakfast was lacking. We stayed for four days, and there were always just a few little pieces of hot food in the serving stations. There was either nothing in them, or we took the last of the food because that’s all that was there, and others were left waiting or without. It wasn’t what we expected, as we were looking for a satisfying breakfast before going out for the day. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and clean!
