This hotel was so charming, cozy, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly friendly and views of the volcanoes were amazing. As a bonus, there were two friendly cats who could always be found snoozing around the property.

More than anything, a beautiful beach experience to enjoy the tranquility and the sea. An excellent place to come and enjoy with family and friends. We highly recommend it. Beautiful facilities and superb service. Thank you very much to Rancho Aqua Vista.

Lamentablemente no era lo q esperaba, no pudimos usar la piscina hasta el siguiente día ,no estaba limpia y el químico aún en el agua, el lugar sucio, la verdad no fue de nuestro agrado,

Avoid this place, we got catfished to the max. Property advertizes free use cabanas, private beach, onsite massages and free breakfast. No of that was true. No cabanas, no on site massages, no private beach. Lots of none hotel guest on the beach and restaurant are with all their different load radios blaring. In the room no running water and lost power for a while. We tried to notify the onsite people but no one answered any of the phone numbers listed or replied back to the messages sent. Check out the next morning and they will not respond to hotels.com so we can get. Refund. AVOID THIS PLACE
