The property is spacious and well maintained. The view of the Volcano de Agua is a plus. Staff was very helpful. More attention to some details could make the difference for some travelers but overall, good for the price. They recently upgraded the lobby’s furniture; colorful and lovely. I wish they could offer night entertainment other than karaoke, maybe invite marimba groups, dancers, authentic arts and crafts nights, etc.

The resort has great intentions but the bedroom sheets were dirty and the pillows had previous persons perfume. The activities staff are rude. Then the place was inconsistent with the timeframes for kayaking. The food was alright it could’ve been better. The drinks as well, they wouldn’t mix the drinks properly.

Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, the facilities are stunning, location is excellent, the room was a bit dark with limited view which was disappointing, and we had free access from room direct to spa but you could not lock this door so was of limited use . Breakfast buffet was superb

Hotel las Americas is clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and attentive with the guests. Breakfast is very good they offer a variety menu including dessert.they have a nice parking lot where you can park with out having stress. I recommend hotel las Americas if you are planning to visit Guatemala City!
