The checkin process was a bit stressful because I have to wait until the send me the passcode. It supposed to be done by 3pm but I had to contact somebody to get my code. I did my Face ID onde day before and even though I had some problem to get into the building. I had again to contact the help by WhatsApp. The gym was great, the location was also good. There are nice restaurants around and it’s near to the alternative hotspot of São Paulo. The room itself was amazing. Very comfortable, modern and clean. The WiFi worked well.

well located with 24hr concierge. The bathroom was not very clean with mould on the taps base (sink). Shower was great and the rest of the flat was clean.

All was working great just had small issue in the last 2 days with the wifi, but Alex the Charlie maintenance staff was great and help us.

Excellent place

Unfortunately, my experience with the building staff was disappointing. Communication was poor, requests were not handled in a timely manner, and the overall level of customer service did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for residents and visitors.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time! The bed was soft and cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were wonderful appliances that certainly had the guest in mind. Even when I had difficulties entering the building, the help I received was quick and friendly. There were nearby shops within walking distance and it was close enough to the metro for other visits in the city. I will absolutely look to book here again next year!
