The shower wall was not fully attached to the wall. The door to the bathroom was about to fall off. The bed sheets, pillowcases, and pillows all had blood stains visible. The carpet on the floor in one area bubbled up and was a trip hazard.

Room was clean, nice, spacious. All was good until i woke the next morning to very loud knocking from staff. Multiple times:(. You would think they wouldn’t send out room service until after 11 so the customer would not get disturbed very early.

Just a few things

It was a great stay, but a few things went on. The shower wouldn't shut off all the way, so it dripped for most of our stay. Even though our room was cleaned when entering, the floor seemed to still be dirty as even agrer we all showered, the bottom of our feets got black from walking the carpeted flooring. Noisy guest upstairs was walking late during the night and the neighbor two doors down slammed the doors a few times. Pillows were flat, no head support. Bed was comfy, when asked for towels and room service, it was great, very friendly workers.

Check in was great, the guy that checked me in was extremely helpful. The pool was enjoyable. Breakfast was really good. My stay was nice until I spotted a huge cockroach/field roach on the counter by the sink. It was over an inch long and with all the lights on in my room, it shouldn’t have ventured out of hiding but it did. I would have given a 4, maybe 5 star review if there hadn’t been such a big roach on the counter. Hard to recommend somewhere with roaches… I have it 3 stars because everything else was fine.

the hotel was super noisy. it sounded like the people upstairs were running laps around the room. I took my dog for a walk and there were cockroaches everywhere. Disgusting. the room itself was semi clean. there were people playing super loud music outside my room after midnight. will never stay here again

Property wasn't bad and worked for our purpose. I was a bit disappointed with the room key reader that created an inconvenience. We were told it would be fixed, but it seemed that there was little or no communication between staff members. We had to walk from the back of the building to the front to get someone to open the door for us. They should have just fixed it while we were away and provided us a key afterwards. Unfortunately, one staff said it will be fixed and gave us a key that didn't work, while the other said it wasn't fixed and we have to wait until the original staff member returned before it can be fixed. Luckily, we only stayed two nights. Not sure if we will stay there again after this experience.
