Great location for the price! Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Parking is plentiful. My suite was clean and free of any undesirable odours or visible stains. Bed was very soft but not uncomfortably so. The building is a bit dated by seems to be well taken care of. Walls are quite thin, I had some noisy neighbours my first night and it made for a bad sleep as I could hear everything they were saying. The rest of the stay was nice and quiet. Breakfast options are fine; limited options and variety but the food was well made and tasty. Good enough to start the day. The AC unit was quite loud but typical of this type of hotel. My room faced the exterior so was quite cold - not an issue for me but may be for some. The plumbing in my room was quite slow to drain, not a huge deal but the sink would fill up to the overflow before I could finish brushing my teeth. Overall I do recommend this hotel, it is affordable, clean, and in a good location.

Every time I visit my family in Concord this is my go to hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. Parking is easy. Never had an issue at this hotel.

Lilly the front desk person was the epitome of outstanding customer service. Arrived to check in, Lilly was away, however when she returned she answered every question. Accommodated the room for a person with a disability. Even had extra utensils when DoorDash forgot to add them. Lilly will be the reason I return. The room was clean and fresh, bed was smaller that I would of liked. Asked for a king but was given a double, however with the room on the ground level that was better for my needs. Shower lining was a little worn. However, the morning breakfast was a treat. Potatoes, eggs, sausage and other items made it possible to find something to munch on in a hurry.

Went to Concord, CA for a soccer tournament. This was one of the cheapest hotels I found that was not so far from the soccer complex. Breakfast was delicious and the rest of the team who stayed at the same hotel enjoyed it.
