All was fine but the hotel didnt have the room that i wanted (2 beds)and by "accident" they gave me a room at 5:30pm that wasn't clean, so i had to get another room and move my stuff to a smaller room with only 1 bed for me and my son. It was okay, but didnt get good sleep.

It was weird that they didn't have a person at the front desk for check in but a machine with a person on the screen checking you in. I was told this morning that it was a lot of police here due to some dealers. Not good

The floors were nasty not cleaned . There were cockroaches in the room , I killed 2 and one was already dead when I came back to my room . I Let the lobby know and they weren’t to concerned about it , but said they would check into it .

The front desk showed absolutely no empathy for my concern and when asked to speak with front desk manager (not present) no one never called me to ask how they may help after I left my contact number. Very poor customer follow up. I would never any longer stay or recommend anyone at this place any more.
