The staff was helpful. Traders Joes and Sam's club are across the street. The property was underwhelming and somewhat dirty (floors throughout)old,dirty and in some areas also snelt of smoke and animals. The complementary breakfast was embarrassing and really underrepresented the corporation and ownership. Beware you will be charged for parking each day in a parking lot that ihad no security and people not staying at the hotel parked for no fee.

The Concord is an older hotel but convenient for the purpose. Rooms old but comfortable and clean. I didn’t use housekeeping but they were on the floor daily. My coffee maker wasn’t working first day so it had to be replaced. Otherwise all is ok…no restaurant just a bar & grill type service.

Apparently the property has just been acquired by Marriott. This meant very limited amenities available for us during our 2-night stay. Spa was closed. The restaurant was open for burgers and fries only, the "breakfast" was absolutely horrid: aged bagels, plain bread, some cubed melon (a few pieces seemed to be fresh) spoiled yogurt, thawed frozen mixed berry slop, and some flaky cereal. They literally draped the 1 hot food warmer with a cloth as they were unwilling to even make powdered eggs: not a whiff of protein in site, yet, the website still said complimentary - not continental (that's being gratuitous for the state) - breakfast. Overall creepy vibe, but I anticipate this to be resolved with the remodel..? Would not stay here again, however.

Loved this place—such a delightful atrium. Did not use the pool...but loved having a room overlooking the airport. Fly into Concord airport (private plane or jet or charter) and walk next door to the hotel. Breakfast is small and only a few hours. Will return again for Christmas....the atrium had lovely decorations.
