First of let me start by saying that I am big on good smells and this hotel smells AMAZING! The lobby, the room, the hands soap, lotions and hair care in the room were all amazing. The staff is friendly, the rooms are so spacious and modern but so comfy. Best sleep I’ve had at any hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer. Will be back soon.

First room I was assigned smelled so bad I couldn’t stay in it. You could smell it from the hallway. Second room on a different floor was OK, but still had a stench of old water odor. The room was ok, but the cleanliness was not as usual and looks like they are taking a break from basic maintenance. I stay at this hotel at least 6-7 times a year and this was the worst it’s been. May need to start looking for another place. Staff were nice and friendly.

Walls are paper thin. A lady next door knocked on my door asking me to turn down the TV volume...it was not loud at all. If you want a good nite sleep, don't stay here!

I keep coming back

I keep coming back because it is clean and comfortable. I have a conference every year over 3 weekends about 12 minutes away. It is quiet and comfortable and near by. I only have a lower number on condition and clean because it was the first time I had a balcony. The room was excellent on condition and cleanliness but the balcony could have used some attention.
