We had a wonderful stay except for the check out experience. Unfortunately, the last impression of our stay was a disappointment due to poor management. It is Sunday and check out is at 11:00. We call down to the Valet to prepare our car and get a message that all valet are busy, call the front desk to notify them of a car release request. I called the front desk and was told that they could not do anything! Why have the message on the phone directing me to call the front desk? So we brought our bags down and waited for about 15 minutes in line with many others leaving at the same time. Only 2 valet were working at such a. Just time. Just poor management.

We had staff enter our room, even after using the “do no disturb” sign on the door which was frustrating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Valet and front desk staff were very friendly.

Room was spacious, clean and lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that the only parking available was $30 valet parking. With a tip it was pricey .

The hotel was nice and clean however the room didnt have any trashbags in the bins. Some of the staff look uninviting or unhappy especially for being at the front desk. The breakfast was great. The heated indoor pool was also great but smelled very strong like chlorine. Parking also seemed too pricey for hotel guest in my opinion. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
