We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. My mom, in a wheelchair on oxygen and daughter in one room, my husband and I in the other. Upon check-in we were only provided with one room key. The next day I went down and was able to get a second key, after explaining that my mom and daughter would be in the room and we had errands to run. On Monday morning at 6 AM my mom woke us up, there was a fire alarm. The alarm was only going off in her room. My daughter was sleeping on the couch. Had it not been for my mother, we would have died if the place was on fire. As it turns out, someone burned a toast in the kitchen. By the time I got my mom in set in her wheelchair, on portable oxygen, the firemen cleared the alarm. Extremely frustrating stay.

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the front desk team who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The valet parking was convenient and reasonably priced at $30 per day. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

Sink at the bar in our room had very cloudy water coming out, not drinkable. Breakfast was very good and friendly. I never received my receipt via email after checking out via the app. I tried the chat option but no one ever responded. I then call the CS line and after being on hold for 39 minutes, gave up. Very poor service
