Highly recommend this proporty, great stay!

I highly recommend this proporty and would stay there again. Roomy and clean suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received water bottles and cookies at check-in. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet and choices, and the coffee was so good! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall place was ok, rooms were comfortable but literally 2 seconds after entering the room the first night we spotted a cockroach on the floor...the room did look clean though. But my girlfriend was unsettled after that and had to clean everything we touched because of it.

Place was super dirty. No water in the rooms, charge seven dollars for parking which is absolutely ridiculous for a suburb hotel. Breakfast was also equally awful. No coffee two days in a row so many better options.

The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that the rooms do not have windows, I was told because of liability, but not even windows where you can get fresh air! I literally had claustrophobia during the days I stayed there. If you cook anything and there is food smell it won't go away, as soon as you step out of the elevator, the smell is terrible, its hard to breath in the halls, and in the bedrooms is a bit better, but after the first night there its all smelly, and the only way to keep my room a little breathable was to leave on the extractor in the bathroom all day and night and use a air purifier which I had to go and buy to survive 5 days!! I don't think I will be able to go back again although everything else was super!! PLEASE OPEN A WINDOW TO LET AIR COME IN!!!

We did have an issue upon arrival to our room. When we entered, we were greeted by a oven-like blast of air. The room's thermostat was cranked up to the maximum heat setting so the internal temperature was recording 98 degrees. After fiddling around with the thermostat settings for about an hour, we were able to maintain the ambient temperature at an acceptable level. Other than this, our stay was awesome.

First time here. It’s close to family so we will definitely stay again. Our room was very clean, quiet and the staff was very pleasant. I really like the added kitchen. Bed was comfortable and did not hear one other guest in our room the entire visit. Checking in and out took a few seconds—really quick and painless!! Free morning breakfast was good and very convenient. Thank you!
