Excellant hotel

This was our first time staying here. The hotel is very nice and the staff friendly. We liked the fact it appears new, clean, and fresh. The best part was no surprises meaning everything worked. It's also very quiet at night. Breakfast offered many choices and again everything was fresh. We travel to Concord twice a year and this will be our go to hotel from now on.

It looked like a new property as the carpets looked new. No attempt was made to keep the elevators clean. Someone had spilled a sticky liquid in one elevator, and someone finally mopped it up somewhat but didn’t was the sticky residue left behind. The next morning the stickiness was added to by spilled corn flakes. Again, no attempt to clean up the mess. The Tru group is the least favorite of the Hilton group. They look cheap and tacky. The breakfast is bare bones and not tasty.
