Our stay at Experience by G in Mazatlán didn’t start off the way we had hoped, but it ended on a very positive note. What made the biggest difference was the manager taking the time to personally speak with me and my family about our concerns. He genuinely listened and went above and beyond to make things right. After that conversation, our experience completely changed. The bar was fully stocked and stayed open later, and our late checkout fee was graciously waived. Those thoughtful gestures made us feel truly valued as guests. Although the hotel is a bit farther from the main attractions, it gave us the opportunity to walk around and discover more of Mazatlán, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you to the manager and staff for turning our stay into a positive experience. Great customer service can make all the difference.

Staff was Not attentive-especially at Kelly’s bar. Everything was closed by 10pm-

Nice hotel, beach is great and very accessible, not as Crowed as the other Pueblo bonito. Food also really good, However the all inclusive is not as good as other hotels lacks some perks.

Me gusto el hotel muy bonito pero faltan mas restaurants y actividades!!

No me gustó nada terrible comida muy mala mal servicio toallas, cobijas almohadas. Mal olor algunos meseros de mal humor. No lo recomiendo para nada. estuve 6 noches terrible. Si vienes de Estas Unidos o de cualquier lugar fuera de Mexico, no vengas con expectativas demasiado altas.

We enjoyed our stay highly recommend the all-inclusive package. The servers were great just make sure to tip due to the excellent service they provide. Great for families with small kids. Not much nightlife in the hotel for those traveling without kids.
