This is an older, historic hotel in the process of being revitalized. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. The young couple running the motel were extremely nice and have great plans for the hotels restoration. If you’re looking for a four star, modern hotel, this is not the place. However, if you like staying in an historic area in an older, historic building that provides clean and comfortable rooms this is a fine place to stay.

The place was clean, beds comfy. We were in seaside which is 1 bedroom with king. It was huge. Place is being renovated and if they complete it then it will be awesome. Floor of the upper deck in bed of serious repair. The walls as super thin. We could hear people above and below us.

The office was closed when we arrived at 7:10 PM. I had to call someone to get a code for a lockbox that held the key. When we entered the room, there were fruit flies all over. The room was small and cluttered with no place to put luggage. There was mold in the bathroom and the towels were frayed. The bed looked very worn and was against two walls, making it difficult to get in and out. We left immediately and went to another hotel. We asked Expedia to help us get a refund, but the hotel reportedly refused.

We booked the room at last minute and we were little anxious thinking how the hotel locality is and the room looks like. The locality is good and it is a small town centre and the room is amazing with all the basic comforts. The management is also pretty friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend it for stays.

Nice location on our way into North Cascades. They were so flexible when we requested early checkin. Just had cleaning staff clean our room first. love it! Easy check in with many suggestions.

Comfortable and Safe Space Near North Cascade NP

This is in proximity to North Cascades National Park. The room is large,clean, and comfortable located in a small historic town. Midweek dining options are limited, but there is a bar across the street which serves pub fare. We would recommend this place for sure.

Attention to detail

Nice hotel in a very small town. Cute building and cute room. Nicely decorated and looks renovated recently. Cool shower setup. Very clean and nice fluffy towels. Manager contacted me about picking up the keys and checked to make sure everything was all set. They even gave me a heads up about limited so I g options if you come into town late. There was a book in the room that answered any and every question you might have. There was a lot of attention to details and you can tell the management takes pride in their property. Went to the Cascades Burger stand and had an awesome burger and shake. Concrete is kind of a tip. Looks like a town out of a movie . Love big concrete tower as you come into town. The Hub is good for breakfast. I would emphatically recommend this hotel. It was spic and span clean and a n excellent value for you money.
