The hotel was in the perfect location for the Renaissance Festival. Rooms were decent and what we expected except the toilet seat was cracked which could pinch you if you weren’t careful.

I liked this hotel for the most part. The Breakfast times are too short though, the chlorine in the pool is way too strong, and they only have one ice machine in a very inconvenient place.

Not sure why but every day at 6 a.m. .. loud Bollywood type music would play. Not sure if in the hallway or in the room next door but dang... it was loud. It only lasted a moment. But that kinda tells ya how thin the walls/doors are. Staff was very friendly. Beds were okay. Not sure why but we didn't sleep well all three nights but ... the beds didn't seem to be the reason. Must have just been us. :-)

Decent stay.
There is only 2 issues that my group encountered which almost resulted in a 0 star rating. Luckily the well kept pool and kind not being disturbed by staff and the breakfast simple but good allowed for a 3 star. Issue 1: we were woken up at 11pm at night by a random person trying to get into our room. The person believed our room was his. Front desk had me go up with my ID and cards. Front desk manager made an attempt to tell us that we had to pack and move to a different room on a different floor. That when we checked in at 2:30pm we were given the wrong room. Thank God the other guest wad like "we will just take their room" all worked out. The front desk attempted to state the next day we would have to switch but that got ignored and were we allowed to keep our rooms with a note to be undisturbed again. This entire encounter took 39 minutes. I get back to the room and we were all up for another 20 minutes due to being so annoyed and then some. As we attempted to fall asleep arou d 11:50pm nose starts from the room above us sounding like furniture being drug and stoming. (Floors have no sound proofing). This went on until 12:15am at which time i went talk to front desk who thankfully solved the issue. Other than those two moments our time was peaceful. Room was great with 0 issues.

Clean but…
The hotel was clean. Our room did not have necessary supplies that we had to ask for. Breakfast was out of food after a few of our people got there. We were only there for a night which was good. They also charged us 20.00 for an earlier check in that was not necessary because the hotel was all but empty.
