The room was always too hot. No matter what I put the thermostat on, it would always jump back up to 78-80. The shower, flooded the room, all the way to the hotel hallway. Got up early the morning of checkout and my key cards wouldn’t work. Locked me out of the whole building. Couldn’t use the pool, because the chlorine being wayyyyy too strong.

Not completely satisfied with the stay.
We checked in got to our room and had to go back to the front desk. The room was not clean, tv on bed messed up and dirty towels and trash left from previous guests. Only options we were given were to clean the room ourselves or get a refund and book a different hotel.

It is the best of the choices in the Cleveland area but it's time for them to update the rooms. The pool is semi-clean tinges of green sometimes. The baseboards are coming off in one of the double queen rooms. The ceiling in the bathroom of another double queen room has black mildew on it. The tub has been stopped up every time we visit this place, diff rooms, tub is still not draining well.

Not ADA compliant!
Room was small, my mom was in a wheelchair and we had to use a step stool for her be able to get on the bed it was so tall. And the room was not big enough to turn the wheelchair around, yet it was supposed to be handicap accessible. The breakfast was good.
