Our room was very dirty! There was hair stuck to the bathroom walls, poop smeared around the toilet bowl. When we checked in the lady was being rude to my husband saying they needed a background check. Saturday night a man was outside for a whole hour or more wielding a gun YELLING. No staff in sight to report it either

I am staying in 209, it is discusting, i am praying no bed bugs. I have to sleep here, i cant wait to leave. It is so noisy all night long, very distrubing place. I have never stayed at such an awful place. I am not sure how I will sleep. I wish i didnt go as cheap. Never again. Do not stay here, find a way to get a better place.

The property did not state that there was a size limit on dogs. We were unable to stay at the property because of it! Very uncool! Had the find last minute hotel that actually accommodated our pets!! You should not advertise as pet friendly if you can’t accommodate ALL pets!

First and foremost, the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing.. however, the hotel itself needs some attention. We were booked on the third floor and as we were walking to our room there was dog feces on the floor. Our room floor did not feel as if it had been swept and there was hair in the bathtub and the sinks.

The stay was interrupted by another patron trying to access the room with a key. When it initially occurred, we figured it was a mistake. However, when we were interrupted, again, by the manager clarifying we were still in the room it became alarming. We became annoyed when we exited the room, later that evening to go get allergy medication for me due to me having an allergic reaction and our key would not work. We had to contact after hours help to have the key to our room rekeyed. It was not a good experience.

Reasonable, basic room at a decent price. Bed was average. Room was in need of some light repair work. Full size fridge and microwave were operational. Room was fairly clean but hallway smelt strange.
