1 hour 15 minutes to check in because first room was subpar, No soap or toilet paper until 4 request were made, walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbor talk and snoring, Cleaners never cleaned room following day or empty garage and refesh linen, altogh there was a sign on the to do so since 9am in the morning, Could on get one TV station, Cartoons, You can see through the door frame at night into the room, Breakfast is served cold not even warm, cold coffee , powder milk wouldn't dissolve in coffee, Staff was no caring about customers needs or request. Rooms were not ready at check in time at 3PM. Rooms need maintenace, terrible I would never reccommend this hotel

The staff was awesome. They treat us like family, specially Erica, Ian and the other girl in the front desk. The web page said that it has restaurant and theres no restaurant at all. Only for breakfast. The rooms has to be fix. The closet, tables, bathrooms (it was clean but has to be renew). There was a family that book a room for the marshmellow fire and there were no marshmellows. The kid was sad. Again I want to emphasize that the staff was great and it is not about them.

Todo limpio y ordenado. La villa tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. El desayuno venía incluido en la tarifa, lo que fue un plus muy relevante para nosotros. Claro que volvería.

It seem they are trying to safe money and they don't pay attention to service. They don’t have the professional staff that can take care of clients. Breakfast it seems they don’t have a cook, and same receptionist is the one who make one dish at the time. I programmed for 8:30 am and have to abandon at 10 am without having breakfast. Very bad experience. I don’t recommend to go there or I don’t go back to that place.
