Outdoor pools is heated 👍just need to ask staff to turn it on. Takes about 2 hours for full heat. Wonderful swim in the evening. Sauna was down during this visit but is also a nice touch to the property!

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

My family of seven recently stayed at Lifestyle Resort, and it was one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had. We traveled with my mother, two daughters, and three grandchildren, hoping for a special family vacation. From the beginning, the rooms were disappointing. They smelled strongly of dampness and mildew, sinks and fixtures were broken, there were leaks, and we even found a roach in one of the rooms. We requested room changes approximately FOUR times, and each room seemed to have another problem. Transportation around the resort was also stressful. To reach the buffet, beach, and other areas, we had to use crowded, loud shuttles where people were pushing and yelling. With three grandchildren, this was not relaxing or convenient. The food was another major disappointment. Buffet food was often lukewarm and tasted reheated, and the restaurants did not live up to what was advertised. Even basic requests were an issue—we asked for a Band-Aid and a straw and were told they had neither. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern from management. We repeatedly explained our problems, yet no one truly took ownership of the situation. This trip was meant to create beautiful family memories, but instead we spent too much time changing rooms and dealing with problems. I would not return and cannot recommend this resort. Please read recent reviews carefully before booking.

The bathroom was not working; every time you took a shower, water would go all over the bedroom, and the toilet clogged up. The food was bad.
