Roaches and lots of issues

We had lots of problems. The worst was seeing a roach in the bathroom. The shower curtain was falling apart and did not fit the bathtub. Our keys stopped working on the 2nd day. When I went down to get it fixed I had to wait 20 min for anyone to show up at the desk. When I got back up to the room house keeping had not cleaned our room. I tried to call down for towels only to find that the telephones did not work. I went back down only to wait for someone to shop up again! I reported the phone issue and was assured it would be fixed the next day. It was not. We were here for 4 nights that was 4 nights too long. We were not happy and will not be back. We have family in the area and stay often. Next time we will try another hotel.

Do not book here.

Bed had bugs, microwave didn’t work, domestic dispute next door, doors slamming all night. Breakfast was disgusting, rude front desk staff, dirty bathroom. They called me the day before and told me if I didn’t prepay for my room the reservation would be canceled THEN charged another reservation incidental fee at check in.
