Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great clean rooms and property was spotless! Lots of fun Halloween decorations were a nice surprise. Breakfast was great and the only inconvenience of the stay was that the digital key system through the Hilton app was not working throughout the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was not ready for over 2 hours after check-in time. Carpet in room smelled like just shampooed and was very wet. Kitchen drawers had mold. A lot of dust and dirt on bathroom floor. Could here dog barking all night in room next door in bedroom. Lobby and breakfast were best part of hotel. Hallways and room need some attention.

The property itself was nice with comfortable accommodations. The staff were polite and helpful. My only critiques are as follows. 1. Coffee in room had not been restocked and only had 1 pouch of decaf available 2. Interior stairwell door handle to the 3rd floor would not release easily and required manipulation to open from stairs to the floor 3. The bottle for conditioning rinse in the shower was empty

Pros and cons
There were pros and cons to this hotel. Pros: staff is very friendly and helpful, it is very conveniently located , the rooms had comfortable beds, and it was nice and quiet. Cons: we had no Toilet paper ( less than 1/4 a roll and no spares)upon checking in, and had to request some. Our sink and tub did not drain water and backed up. We called they fixed to tub. Said they had to get parts for the sink, they never came back to fix it and turned the water off to the sink. We ended up using the kitchenette sink for brushing teeth , washing face and hands etc. not a great fit. The carpet was gross felt sticky to bare feet and left my feet filthy, had to use shoes or at least socks always.

Second time staying. First time was not good with ceiling leaks and cockroach issue. Staff was responsive. Others with my trip, who were in different rooms, had good experiences. So, I tried it again. Will not go back and cannot recommend to others. Staff was pleasant though!

This stay was not pleasant. I was there on business and booked two rooms. The rooms were very moist and dewy in the air, and the beds were awful. The rooms felt old and thrown together. It was not worth the money and would suggest to stay elsewhere.

Young lady by the name of Leah checked us in. She was extremely friendly and efficient in her checking us in. She gave us our room keys and showed us where our room was; minutes later I received a welcoming text and offering any help we might need.

When we got there the staff was very friendly. Our room was not ready due to a large amount of check outs. When they did put us in a room that was only half clean. They finished cleaning but we didn’t get to really enjoy our room until about 5. The internet did not work the whole time we were there (all weekend) so I had to go to different places to try to get some work done. Also the light fixture in the bathroom did not work. Beds were firm if you like them that way. I do. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to internet and only one elevator working for the last 3 months.
