When we checked in we were assigned to a room that people were already staying in. After fighting to get the door to open even though the key reader was green to our surprise the occupants opened the door. The current occupants were very nice but it could have gone terribly bad. After being reassigned to a new room it was very apparent that the microwave was so old it was rusted inside with most of the coating missing. The room was fairly clean but had a musty smell. Of the four pillows one had to be tossed to the side as it didn’t seem to be clean with what looked like smeared makeup. The towels smelled clean but had hair tightly twinned into the fabric. When doing a bedbug check it showed how dirty the mattress was. It was worse on the sides. The comfort of the bed was equivalent to sleeping on the floor with a thin yoga mat.

Computers were down when we got there. Worker was frazzled, but kind. Our room door didn’t lock at all. Had to use the little bar to lock us in. Room 207. Didn’t feel safe, but was clean and nice otherwise. I would add a protein to breakfast. All carbs!

Upon arrival the clerk handed us a key said it was his first day good luck finding your room. They never told him anything about how the rooms were located. Female clerks were much better. Second day went up for coffee at 7 AM to find the doors. Both locked went back about 20 minutes later. There was a mail behind the desk sitting in a chair. I went and poured some coffee took a sip only to find that the coffee was barely warm, not hot. spoke to the clerk and informed him he said OK but never tempted to get up. Look at it or change the coffee urn. We would not recommend staying at this location in the future.

The pillows and mattresses were rock hard and the floors were very dirty and made my feet black with dirt. The rooms smelled bad too. The staff though was very friendly,polite and gave immediate assistance for anything needed

The facility smelled of mold and mildew. The room was on poor condition with damaged moulding, visible water damage, and and the door lock that didn't work. We did not feel safe staying there. We immediately left and found a cleaner, safer hotel.

When we got there the room we booked did not open. When we got into the new room there were stains on the sheets and pee on the toilet seat from someone else. The floors were oily and not mopped.

So the front desk staff is very nice. I checked in and the first thing we noticed was the dead and living bugs on the floor and crawling on the bed. The microwave was rusted I side and out. The refrigerator was rusty on the bottom. We could not stay. I was able to find another hotel, but had to cut our trip short because we could not afford a mother night at any of the hotels in the area. See pictures

Not in the best condition, but cheap.

The room itself was of decent size and the beds were reasonably comfortable. However, the bathroom tile had been re-faced with either paint or some sort of "wrap" and it was peeling and flaking a lot. The outer door did not close tightly and light could be seen coming in around it at night. We found a dead beetle on the floor near one of the beds and I found two tiny dead ants on the blanket as well. Given the gaps around the door, I think insects could get in quite easily. The hard surface flooring was not well-vacuumed and walking to and from the bathroom resulted in having to wipe the grit off of your feet. The room had a musty smell that, after our three-night stay, came home with us in our clothes and my CPAP machine. We had to wash our unworn clothes as well as our dirty clothes. On the positive side, service was good and employees were friendly. Additionally, the rate was inexpensive. However, given the condition of the property, I'd look for other options in the future.

Stay at the Riverfront

Clerk at checkin was fantastic, gave suggestions for local restaurants. Towels were short and when asked for more after 1100pm was told i could not get more. The beds were hard and not enough pillows.
