I’m writing this to inform people that the cleaning staff did not properly complete their job during my stay Several areas were left uncleaned, including the floors, restrooms, and trash bins we had to take out our own trash. This is unacceptable, as these tasks are part of their regular responsibilities and should be completed consistently. There was a razor in the bathroom left by the previous people who were in the room and the cleaning people missed that ? Please make sure this issue is addressed immediately and that the cleaning team understands the expectations moving forward.

Hot tub broken, rooms not up to standard with mold and broken shower and roaches. The pictures do NOT match the condition of the hotel at all. They also refused to give me a refund on my room so we had no choice but to stay.
