It is close to the Northeast entrance to Yellowstone. It is quiet and clean. The price was right. I liked that it had a microwave and television.

The town experienced a power outage at 8:15 p.m. We tried to reach the front desk but no one was there to help! We were told by a local that "this happens all the time." If this is true, then perhaps they should have a back-up generator on site. This was likely a problem for the folks who didn't have any food or flashlights with them as everything in town had closed down.

Center of Cooke City
Great place to stay in the center of Cooke City; clean and comfortable with enough blankets to keep us toasty all night long. Laundry facilities on premises and coffee all day long. Highly recommend this place.
