It was okay-ish

Bathroom door handle broke off in our hands many times. They stated they didnt have any more handles so they tried to do a repair and when that failed they simply said there was nothing else they could do. Bagels were stale literally every day. Stains and damage throughout the room and the beds were definitely listed as queens but are full size and are not comfy. The staff were friendly whenever I interacted with them.

The hotel lobby was had leaves that had blown it at some point. The carpet off the elevator on the second floor was terribly stained. The room we had assigned looked clean but smelled very musty. Notified the front desk a guy named Spenser came and cleaned the air conditioner vents and sprayed air freshener which help for a brief time. Continental breakfast was good. I will avoid this hotel the next time I have to stay in Cookeville.

It took too long to check in. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Easy to get off and on I40. The Waffle House would not have been my choice of places for dinner, but it was near and actually very good.
