Great, but Noisy
Pros: very accessible to shopping & the interstate, great staff, great breakfast, & comfy bed. Cons: stains on furniture, spilt juice that was never cleaned inside fridge (in fact fridge door was left ajar so took forever to get cold), & noise level for rooms on the East facing side was extremely disappointing. I’m used to normal hotel noise but getting woken up at 5:30am from garbage pickup (literally sounded like a car crash) & loud vehicles on on-ramps to the interstate made an unrestful night sleeps. Most of these are simple & are easily remedied, but take my advice & ask for West facing rooms!!

The room we booked had a pull out couch with it, it looked as though housekeeping had not changed the sheet from a previous stay. The sheet was very dirty, didn’t want my family sleeping on that bed. Housekeeping didn’t come in the room for the first 3 days of our stay to take trash, dirty towels or even vacuum the floors. Had to ask the front desk to have that done on the 4th day of our stay. Parking spaces was difficult to find since the parking lot is small. Not ample parking for the size of the hotel.
