The first room we was in half the outlets did not work the bathroom sink would not drain the lamp over the bed side table did not work and the worst thing was there was a dirty towel under the sink in the bathroom. They did move us to another room and the front desk lady was very nice. The second room was ok. The bathroom was not very clean. Under the sink was so dusty that you could write in it and the place where they put towels was dirty also the pillows in both rooms were horrible. The air in both rooms could have worked better then they did

Could have done something to compensate

My stay was quite comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that their juice machine at breakfast was "Out of Order" all three days that I was there. They didn't provide an alternative. They could have placed individual juice containers in the fridge or even have several large flask with different juices such as apple juice and orange juice. They seemed pretty content that the juice machine wasn't working and did nothing to compensate for it.

This property is showing wear and tear - I've stayed here many times. Dirty boot tracks for three days in the main hallway, my unit smelled musty, the coffee pot outlet didn't work and I had to move it, the microwave was sitting on the desk which means I had to move the microwave to use the desk... The beds are still good and that's what matters most to me, but it still felt dirty.

I would sleep in my car in the Walmart parking lot and wash up in the Casey's restroom before i stay here again. Absolutely horrible. Fridge didn't work. Called the front desk for a replacement that never arrived. Breakfast wasn't edible. Parking area wasn't maintained and poorly lit. Side door was open all night and doesn't lock. Room smelled and the carpet throughout the property was filthy. No working ice machines. Luke warm shower. No water pressure to the toilet. The manager or owner was present but seemed oblivious to how much overall maintenance is needed.

Our arrival to the property was fine even there was construction. The lobby scent is undeniably off and smells like pine sol. The area is clean and modern. Love the waterfall posted! Our rooms were available early! But our checkin was slow because it was her second day. I swiped my card three times. Check in especially when we paid through a third party vendor should be a quick win. Then, the receipt for incidentals show $80 instead of $0. The manager came to support and was very apologetic. We get to our room and it looks good. The bathroom is big. It turns out it wasn’t cleaned well. Food in the fridge and beer in the garbage can so hopefully the bedding was changed. I called the front office to report it, but no one came. We were so tired, we fell asleep. The morning staff was kind and offered help. Breakfast was good. The waffle maker is always a win. I love the sugar free syrup option. Overall, they needed to sweat the small stuff to better improve the experience. Just good.

Breakfast was advertised until a certain time but both days we went down it was cleared out and gone before we could get anything and the pool was closed. I feel like when you're booking a hotel with a pool there should be some type of communication made that pool won't be open
