The rooms were clean and tidy with very comfortable beds and plenty of room. Nice to have a kitchenette but would like a few cooking utensils. Beautiful surroundings and very relaxing atmosphere. The outside needs a bit of maintenance.

The way they preserve the history of the place was awesome. Saying that they should take care of the hygiene of the place. Cockroaches were crawling and it looked like the place has not been cleaned since weeks. Cockroach dropping were spotted on the kitchen top. Bedsheet was sandy.

Loved the old historical site like this. It’s charming and within a short drive to Berry. Will stay there again. Stunning views from our cottage and the restaurant.

The accommodation itself was not very comfortable, not very clean, the fridge was turned off at the power point and we didn’t know till the next day when nothing was getting cold. Aircon only in the bedroom and not downstairs where we spent most of our time. Very dark in our room.

Lovely location and interesting history
The accommodation is steeped in history which was interesting. The reception was friendly. The room was massive for just the 2 of us. It was a lovely location. Because the building is old there are gaps which can allow critters to enter good to know for those with a phobia.
