The property is in transition to vacation rentals. It does not really operate well as a motel. The room was not very clean, the heat was a problem. For a one or two night stay in Cooper Landing, it is OK at best.

Loved it here! Friendly helpful staff. They were accommodating to our late check in. Communication was great! The towels were super fluffy and wonderful. The pillows were great. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone!
