Nice convenient hotel
The hotel was clean and updated. Room was big and comfortable. Location was convenient to Cooperstown (4 miles from downtown). Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful.

The room was nice. The beds were a little firm, but that is subjective. We woke up with no hot water. When I asked at the desk, the receptionist said an element in the motel’s water heater failed, affecting the whole place. While things happen in life, I felt there could have been better communication on the part of this establishment.

Hotel was fine. The noise from the hallways was louder than expected, the bathroom floor was sticky. We found the internet access to be unstable and the tv was not able to cast to our devices. The bed was comfortable which is a good thing! The soap was nasty - like a chemical burn.

The package included breakfast . When I went to eat the line was out the door and down the hallway . Then when I got there all the food was gone . I asked for a discount because I had to eat breakfast somewhere else . And the Manager would not ever come out and talk to me .

No hot tub
The room was nice and the bed was comfy but I really booked the room for the hot tub. It sounds silly but we were going to be on our feet all day at the Baseball Hall of Fame and I thought it would be nice to come back to a hot tub. But no! Broken and was going to be repaired. Very disappointed.
