Wonderful stay

The ladies who run the breakfast room each morning were excellent. Friendly and were happy to assist with any breakfast related issues. Would recommend and stay there again.

The property is right next to a McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts. I prefered the continental breakfast at the hotel but a late night coffee was a pleasant treat.

Consistently good. Fresh linen made me happy.

We have stayed here many times before and it has always been just fine. This trip the minute we walked into our room I was taken aback by how clean and fresh the room smelled. The linens seemed brand new and smelled so nice and clean and were so soft. The new bathrooms mirrors with the different lighting options are great too. Breakfast was good. Only complaint would be other guests being inconsiderate and noisy in the hallway at night and early in the morning. Would not want to stay on the first floor again. But that’s not the staff’s fault.

Great, just over priced.

Great spot, just out of the super busy spot while also in a good idea. I think it was slightly over priced and the rooms had a few damages, but it was very clean and the staff was very kind. I would come again if more affordable lodging wasn’t available.

Besides the TV not working, and they’re not being a remote, the carpets were covered in dirt and trash. The counters had old food crumbs on them. While the staff was nice, they had no interest in trying to get our TV to work. I immediately called corporate, who gave me a ticket number and told me I would receive a call back. I haven’t heard anything since that call five days ago. Avoid this property if you can.

Felt like a motel. Had unfriendly staff, room was filthy to the point I wouldn’t let my son bathe in the tub, and bedding was stained. You had to sign out towels like you were going to steal them. For $300 a night I was not expecting anything like this!
