In one of the rooms, there was a leak from the shower that went under the wall onto the rug.The room smelled terrible from mold.. Housekeeping just spray the room I would like to get reimbursed.We had to cram into one room the second Because the smell was so bad

Everything was more tha. satisfactory. The room was clean the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The area was very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be the television service. The television worked however, there was no guide or anyway to know which channels were available. For example I put in what was supposed to be HBO and it was as in fact BET. Every channel was incorrect.

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. My only critique would be to have the fitness center open earlier than 8:30. I like to workout before breakfast and breakfast ends at 9:30. Does not give enough time to exercise and shower.

Great location. I'm a travel nurse at Bassett NC and it's great only being 10 minutes from work. Nice and quiet location. I plan on using the gym the next time I'm there.
