No Coffee for you…..

I was booked into a view room and the room I was given had a view of the parking lot. The room are simple and nothing special. The office with the coffee opens at 8. No coffee maker in the rooms. Not the worst room I’ve had but surely not up to the standards…..

Not Too Happy

I wasn't too happy with my stay this time. This is my 3rd time staying at this location. As always when i go into a hotel I spray it down with lysol. When I went to pull the sheets back it was two black bugs crawling around on the bed on one bed and the other had what looked like blood on the sheets. I immediately went to the front desk to notify the clerk and showed him the pictures I took. At first he said let me call the manager then he said nevermind I don't need to. He gave me another room to stay in. When I checked the bed this time everything was ok. Because of where this place is located, by the lake they have a lot bugs in that area, but they don't belong in my bed. Also I'm not too happy with the shower as well, no shower head he said its to save water

Paradise on the lake

The property, the room, the location, the views are amazing!!! It’s right on the lake!! The staff and family who own this hotel are even better than all the above!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!!! It’s a short walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame

Great location but parking was a problem because spots weren’t well defined and shared with the pier and restaurant and bikers and the staff made us feel like our presence was an annoyance. Whenever we parked we felt like we were in the wrong place and asked to move and then saw someone else park there, weren’t sure how to be a “good guest”

Nice quick trip.

Very clean and updated for the most part. Trouble getting the TV (small sized) to operate correctly. Same issue with the room next door. Great location. On site restaurant closed for the season.

We stayed here for a night, walked to town, came back had a great dinner and breakfast!! So walkable and plenty to do on the lake also!! If I go back we will definitely stay here. Rooms clean, staff, especially Nancy, at breakfast great!!! Thanks for letting us stay!!!

Nice property near the lake and a short walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Overpriced for the average condition and size of king bed room category. Bathroom floor sticky, minimal amount of towels and bathroom amenities. Seemed room wasn’t used in a while and not properly prepped for next guest. Batteries to AC/heat control had to be replaced, tissues & alarm clock hidden in end table draw. No coffee maker in room. Nice modern room but could be a lot better with more attention to issues.
