Very nice property. We had a very nice room with a large balcony overlooking the lake. Quite beautiful. Stayed here to attend our grandson’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown so it was fairly convenient. Everything is in excellent shape with many new upgrades it seems. Only drawback was no close dining without driving 15 minutes into town. I do recommend this motel though.

When traveling, sometimes my wife and I like to look for lodging that is not part of a large chain. This place had good reviews. It was a classic, old motel that has been kept up well. Room was small but nice. Our room looked over the lake. It was 7 miles from Cooperstown. We had stopped so we could visit the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Great stay

Loved our stay at Lake n Pines. Pool was great and Lake was amazing. Short drive to Cooperstown. Just wish they had coffee and breakfast in the morning.

Very clean with a nice pool. Nice location but no dining options nearby. Closest is 3.5 miles. No breakfast option. “Shared balcony” means a 3 foot space with no view and 1 chair. Not worth it! Smart features on TV turned off for some reason. Everything is dated and could really use an updating.very dark room. No light at all in corner with table. We would not stay there again, but it served our purpose of a clean place to sleep.

Perfect spot just outside Cooperstown - double queen room was spotless, great shower, enjoyed a lovely dip in the pool. We were able to use the mid-size refrigerator/freezer to store grocery supplies, which allowed for on-site breakfast and lunch prep. The views of the lake - fabulous!

Thought this motel met all expectations and needs. It was clean as a whistle with comfortable, large rooms. Some things on the property were not new but they were maintained well. My daughters enjoyed the pools.

Comfy motel right on lake, 10 min from downtown.

My family had a wonderful stay. It was for the last night of my son's tournament at Dreams Park. It's a 20 min drive along the beautiful lake. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room is well appointed with fridge, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Decent toiletry products, nice towels. Good shower, though it's a big step up/down for someone like my mother with mobility issues. The outdoor pool was fantastic! Plenty of chairs. I didn't use indoor pool or rec room, but they looked fun, too. I highly recommend!

We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.
