Motel was great! Great view of lake, the room was very clean, check-in was easy and the office staff was friendly and informative. The only reason for not 5 stars is it’s dated and the beds weren’t that comfortable.

This is a wonderful lake view property near Cooperstown and the Glimmerglass Opera Festival. It's located about halfway between the two. The view from our porch on the upper building was so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were basic, but you know that going in. Beds were comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay.

Very retro hotel clean good size room. Beautiful view of lake but not walkable for us. We drove car down and easy to park at “beach”. Crystal clear lake tough to get up ladder back onto dock. Convenient to Cooperstown but away from crowds. No phone service but used WhatsApp to make calls. Internet good.

Not a lot of reasonable choices in and around Cooperstown. This very basic room cost over $200. It wasnt worth more than $75. No breakfast. Crowded cluttered small room. Noisy ac right near head of bed ran constantly.

I found this to be very nice, quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. The refrigerator and microwave was a great convenience. Coffee was avaliable in the office in the morning. The view from the cute outdoor was beautiful.

The desk attendants were VERY friendly and helpful. The room was simple, yet comfortable. Great view of the lake. Access to a beach was available but we unfortunately had no time this trip. Would stay there again in the future.
