Great stay, room was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the village and Baseball Hall of Fame, nice area also.

The room was clean and young lady at the front desk was very nice. For the most part our stay was fine. We stayed three nights. The first night, the mini split in our room was not working correctly and our room was hot. We could not turn on the air and we did not get much sleep. I put in a comment via Expedia in the middle of the night and as soon as the front desk staff arrived for the morning, they saw the comment and correct the issue. It seems as if it’s controlled by the front desk but once we mentioned it, it wasn’t a problem again. Our last night was a little frustrating. Their quiet hours are posted and communicated during check in. 10pm is when it needs to be quiet. We had a wedding room party two doors down screaming, yelling, playing music super loud etc. In an effort to get in front of the issue, I mentioned to the front desk girl that they were a problem and their behavior was disrespectful to other guests. She said “Oh, yeah, they are a wedding party and quiet time isn’t until 10-10:30” And I said “Well, quiet time is posted in your literature and it’s 10”. She mentioned she would tell them to keep it down. At 10:30….they were still being very loud and disruptive to the other guests in the hotel. I went down again and the young girl said “she called someone to take care of it”. I don’t think she was set up for success in dealing with disruptive guests and had to call in reinforcements. Long story, but yes, the issues that we had were ultimately resolved.

Great Cooperstown stay
Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean and bright. Location was perfect, just a 3 minute drive into town, but could have walked if we wanted to. While the selection of snacks was limited, they were available 24/7 along with coffee, teas and hot chocolate which was a great option. Would definitely stay again on next trip.

the shower was ice cold. It was very warm in the room and the AC couldn't be controlled (called about this and the front desk provided a fan which was nice, though it just pushed around warm air). Our noisy neighbors were head very clearly through the thin walls. lastly, I'm pretty sure the same plastic wrapped breakfast items were there my entire stay.

I almost bottomed out exiting the property due to the grade of the driveway being way off. The phone in the room was ripped out of the wall. The front desk woman had a child with her and it wasn’t professional. The breakfast was very bare bones and prepackaged. Not near restaurants.

Peaceful and charming.
We got a very friendly welcome, quick check in, slept comfortably after a walk into town for dinner, enjoyed the early coffee and breakfast items and friendly easy checkout Very clean and full of charm. I love the history of the building and enjoyed the old photos.

Our room was spacious enough to accommodate three adults as there was an upstairs loft. The space was wonderful except that it was a bit dark. Only one window for the bedroom and common space. Otherwise, very nice.

There was a lack of hospitality. When we checked in, we were given very little information from the woman at the desk. She was preoccupied with babysitting a young child and conversing with his mother. Otherwise the Inn was clean and very nicely restored.

Cooperstown weekend.
It was a great place to stay. Clean,quiet and comfortable. The outdoor areas were nice to just chill out in. Picked the perfect time to go. Everything in the area was open but not crowded.
