This was one of my favorite hotels EVER! I travel a lot and this hotel was just perfect. The design and warmth as well as the service was top notch. It really gave me that Hygee warmth I was looking for!

Beautiful newly refurbished and launched hotel in a great location. All very stylish with attention to detail. Our initial room was rather dark and small with only an interior window but the staff quickly changed it to a nicer one. That might not be possible when the hotel is fuller I suppose. Staff were so charming and great breakfast options.

Very comfortable room. There were some issues with the AC. At first it wasn’t cooling the room adequately. That was resolved but then the compressor was quite loud and sounded like it needed some maintenance. A maintenance person I spoke with actually confirmed that the hotel had opted not to replace some components that should have been replaced prior to opening. Hopefully they will address that. Otherwise, very comfortable stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel's check-in time is 3pm, and they will not budge. We arrived around 1pm and thought it might be possible to get the room. Kept being promised it would be expedited and ready as soon as possible. 3pm arrives, and the room is still not ready. We ask to speak to a manager, and magically, the room is suddenly available and we receive the key to the room. I hate being lied to. Poor customer service. Do better.
