Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was nice and went out of their way to make my partner’s birthday special. The location was great, and the room was clean and quiet.
That said, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, as I don’t feel it truly meets four-star standards. The hotel markets itself as “eco-friendly,” which means no daily room cleaning, no room service, no amenities like slippers and tea/coffee available only for certain room categories. However, the lobby is FILLED with small trinkets for sale that don’t align with an eco-conscious philosophy—after all, anything that promotes unnecessary consumption isn’t really eco-friendly.
Next time, I’d prefer to stay somewhere that offers the comforts and services typically expected from a four-star hotel.
