An ideal location for our trip. We paid extra for a room with a view but it was well worth it. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had.

Very nice hotel in converted harbor building - amazing location right in the center of the city. Only small issue, all towels were changed every day, which wasn’t necessary.

Everything is just great abut this gem. Very convenient location, we had a room with the view and even with the morning fog it was stunning. Room was super cosy and had all you need. Warm and efficient service, fab breakfast, overall really great atmosphere. I would def book again.

Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable room and good choice at breakfast. Only downside was that the cleaner kept leaving the window open so the room was freezing when we got back from a day's sightseeing. I heard another guest complaining about this at reception as well - seems a weird thing to do in the middle of December.

Ideal location on the waterfront and alongside the canal and everything within 15-25 easy walkable distance. Very helpful staff. We met a couple who were Danish and they said that they always stayed at this hotel as it’s the best in Copenhagen. We would go back and stay there again.

Sustainably certified, very clean, friendly hotel

My husband and I did a road trip from Sweden, to Denmark, to Germany. The hotel was on our way and because it was located almost in the city center we selected it. The hotel was wonderful, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There is parking but it is limited, I recommend letting them know you come with a car. The hotel is very close to the city center - 2 minute walk. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The breakfast is amazing, they have an omelet station where the cook prepares the eggs to your liking, multiple fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy drinks. The breakfast buffet is large and has something for everybody; from healthy to vegan to typical American breakfast with bacon. The hotel is certified to a sustainable tourism standard: Green Key. You can see their commitment and initiatives. I loved seeing that people are passionate about making a difference. The hotel does not make it very known that they are certified. I asked the staff. I think they should have publicized it more in the lobby or elevator and let their guests know about all their efforts. Perhaps they inspire someone to stay in the future in a certified hotel or even make some efforts in their home. I only can recommend the hotel. We enjoyed out stay and would gladly come back!!

Nice and quiet, located at the end of the canal which is aligned with restaurants and bars. Staff were very courteous and willing to help. Booked bed and breakfast as part of a package. Continental breakfast with various cheese, meats, cereal and pastries, but also a small buffet of hot food with a choice of eggs or omelets cooked whilst you wait. Thankyou for a very pleasant stay and we would recommend !

The staff at this property is among the most helpful and welcoming I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. From the beginning, several concierge members (notably, Caroline, who seemed to have the early shift and responded to my messages sent during eastern time) went out of their way to make our stay more memorable during Christmas. I asked if they could make our suite more festive for the holiday (for which I was willing to pay), and they managed to obtain and decorate(!) a Christmas tree and get a few small seasonal arrangements for the rooms. Talk about above and beyond. Then there were thoughtful staff members who held our baggage due to arriving early and then made sure the bags were taken to our rooms before we checked in. The property was warm and inviting, nicely appointed and located in a convenient neighborhood for shopping, sightseeing, and world class shopping and dining. Speaking of dining, as many have already praised, the breakfast is spectacular. The omelet was probably the best I’ve ever had. There are so many breakfast and lunch-type options, and nothing is forgotten, even for vegetarians and vegans. Can’t say enough positive things about the food, including the Italian restaurant. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special experience. They certainly exceeded in making our stay memorable.

7 Nyhavn Hotel was a wonderful place to have our pre-Christmas holiday. It was conveniently located—a short trip via metro from the airport and walkable for our Christmas shopping. We loved the hotel discount for the canal tour, and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was perfect!

Our stay was lovely and we will absolutely return. Everything about the hotel and its location was lovely—including their in-house restaurant and bar. The only slight issue we encountered was the size of the room and bathroom was quite small, but ultimately no big deal.
